About This Proposal

This proposal package contains the complete response to the Senior Care Therapy request for managed IT services, cybersecurity operations, HIPAA compliance, and technology risk governance across the consolidated organization. Each document below addresses a specific component of the engagement and can be reviewed independently or as a complete package.

The Proposal Document sections below are the primary deliverables and outline the full scope of services, phased onboarding approach, service level commitments, team structure, governance framework, and pricing. The RFP Response provides detailed answers to each requirement outlined in the original RFP. Supporting documents include the Technology Environment Consolidation Project scope and estimate, a HIPAA Compliance Crosswalk mapping our services to current and anticipated regulatory requirements, and a Technology Standards Overview showing the unified environment post-consolidation.

We recommend beginning with the Executive Summary and reviewing the remaining sections and supporting materials as needed. We are available to walk through any section at your convenience.
